Deposit Policy:

Upon booking your appointment(s), a $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment via zelle or Apple Pay (707)-366-4039. Failure to submit your deposit may result in your slot being forfeited.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, a notice of 48 hours minimum is required. Any requests to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment will require another non-refundable deposit to reschedule. We require at least 48 hours of notice in order to fill that slot.

Fill Policy: Fill prices will reflect either the percentage of extensions still attached to the natural lashes AND the time that has elapsed since your most recent lash appointment. Please understand that the longer you wait to book a fill, the longer your next appointment will take. The natural lash cycle causes growth as well as shedding to occur, so to ensure fullness at all times, please aim for 2 weeks or 3 weeks max. If you book a 3+ week fill, there is a possibility it will become a full set.

* For a 2 week fill, you are expected to still have at least 40% of your lashes on AND you must come in within 15 days of your last appointment to be considered a 2 week fill.
* For a 3 week fill, you are expected to have at least 30% of your lashes on AND you must come in within 22 days of your last appointment to be considered a 3 week fill.
* Anything less than 30% or longer than 25 days will automatically be considered a full set. No exceptions.


Foreign fill policy:

I must be able to work over the existing work and if I am not, a removal and full set may be necessary. This will be at my own discretion. There will be an automatic foreign fill fee of $15 added to the cost. If you choose not to proceed with a removal and a full set in the event I decide the set is unworkable, there will be no penalty, however, your deposit of $30 is non-refundable and will serve as a convenience fee.


Late Policy:

If you are more than 15 mins late this will result in your appointment being cancelled due to timing and other client’s appointments. 


Refunds:

Refunds are not available for a completed service, if not satisfied please contact us and we will be happy to make any adjustments. 


Allergy:

We offer a patch test for $10 for eyelash extensions service if you are worried about getting an allergic reaction. We do not offer refunds, but we will offer a free removal if you develop an allergy.

Quick fix:

Any retention issues following your lash appointment must be reported within the first 72 hours, anything after that will be a touch up fee. 

1:1 Lash courses:

$250 NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT will be required to secure your seat 

The remaining balance will be due day of the course 

There is no type of card payments accepted for final payment, remaining balance will be due in CASH ONLY.
